Principles of cardiac anaesthesia

John WW Gothard MBBS Dip(Obst) RCOG FRCA is a Consultant Cardiothoracic Anaesthetist at the Royal Brompton Hospital. He qualified from St Mary's Hospital Medical School, London, in 1971.
