The cranial nerves
Abstract
The cranial nerves are described in this article with emphasis on their intracranial and extracranial relationships. Their function and distribution is also emphasized, as is the assessment of their integrity. A summary of how their clinical assessment is made and the consequences of their most common pathology is included.
