Principles of paediatric anaesthesia
Julian Berry, FRCA, is final year Specialist Registrar in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care at the Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust, Truro. He qualified in 1994 at the University of Glasgow, and has trained in anaesthesia in London, Perth (Australia) and the South West of England. He undertook a fellowship in paediatric anaesthesia and intensive care in Bristol and Glasgow. He is currently undertaking a Masters degree in Healthcare Leadership and Management
Paul Waterhouse, FRCA, is Consultant Anaesthetist at The Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust, Truro. He qualified at the Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School, London. His anaesthetic training was based in Bristol, but included a fellowship year at the Alder Hey Hospital for Sick Children, Liverpool. His specialist interests are paediatric and ophthalmic anaesthesia
